Bayco Design is a full service design, drafting and presentation design company serving the San Francisco and Bay Area. Our mission is to provide professional, reliable and affordable design services for individuals and developers, as well as, temporary services in drafting and presentation drawings to architects, engineers developers and planners.

As workloads tend to fluctuates, it may become apparent that contracting the overload work to a reliable outside source is more preferable to hiring a new employee. A legitimate concern of many professionals is that the outsourced work may be done by an individual who is not competent enough. The result would be poor quality work and loss of control over the delicate process of design and construction documents. This would not be the case because at Bayco Design, all works are performed either by the company principal, John Darouian, or under his direct supervision We provide a variety of services for large and small projects ranging from the design and drafting of a simple residential addition, to the design and construction management of a strip shopping center. We work in collaboration with selected engineering companies and provide a complete design package for individuals, developers, and contractors. The company is small and we have low overhead, that allows us to do high quality work at a reasonable and affordable price.
