We provide drafting services for simple home additions or your “dream” home. We can utilize design drawings prepared by others or convert them into coordinated construction documents, always ensuring they are organized with utmost clarity and accuracy. Depending on the project’s complexity and client requirements, we provide either a minimum package to comply with local building department standards or compile custom construction documents, complete with specifications. Typical residential construction documents consist of: a site plan, a vicinity map, a foundation plan, a floor plan(s), elevations, a roof plan, electrical plan details, and notes.
Commercial
Multi-Family
No project is too small or large for our company to undertake. Even though we are a design and drafting company we work in collaboration with our select Architects and Engineers to provide a complete construction document package. Our commercial projects vary from a simple tenant improvement to large multi-family projects and everything in between. We have built our reputation by providing excellent and prompt service to countless architects and developers in the Pacific West region, always gaining excellent references. We can create final working construction documents from architects, owners or engineer’s redlines, or compose a complete package based on the client’s standards. Our typical commercial construction documents, without structural drawings, consist of: Title sheet, site plan, floor plan(s), elevations sections, wall sections, opening/construction details, schedules and life safety plans.
Landscape
We also provide working construction documents for landscape design. This includes hardscape and softscape drawings, complete with a plant material list and detailed specifications.
Presentation
We provide computer generated renderings, catered to fit your budget and your needs. You can include 3D presentations throughout various stages of the production process that can be updated as your building form, function and appearance develops. We can provide you with a 360 degree, computer generated rendering of images, and finalize the vantage points that are most desirable to you.
